Fashion Design Program

 

The Designer KIDS Project is a workshop where kids are taught the basics of bringing their creative ideas to life. Each kid is guided, step-by-step in completing their own original fashion designs, from paper to the runway.

 

The kids learn:

 *DESIGN CONCEPT- Problem Solving-

 

 *PATTERN MAKING -Engineering

 

 *FABRIC SELECTION -Science

 

 *MEASURING -Mathematics

 

 *PINNING, CUTTING & OPERATING A SEWING MACHINE -technology

 

 

The Designer Kids Project also gives kids a chance to experience a photo shoot, chose models to wear their creations, and learn how to run a fashion show walk through.

 

The program helps with building self esteem & confidence.

 

 -Registration Fee- $15

 -Class- $30 per session

 

Saturday Sessions are 60 minutes.
